A firm protested an Air Force contract award, contending that the awardee: (1) was not financially responsible; and (2) did not have a satisfactory performance record. GAO held that it would not review the Air Force's affirmative determination of the awardee's responsibility, since there was no evidence that the Air Force acted in bad faith or misapplied definitive responsibility criteria. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
