[Protest of Coast Guard Contract Award]
B-258791.3: May 12, 1995
- Full Report:
A firm protested a Coast Guard contract award, contending that the: (1) awardee failed to meet first article test requirements; and (2) Coast Guard failed to adhere to a Global Settlement Agreement. GAO held that it: (1) would not review the Coast Guard's affirmative determination of the awardee's responsibility; and (2) did not have jurisdictional authority to review matters of contract administration. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
