Highlights

A firm protested the Air Force's exclusion of its bid from the competitive range, contending that the Air Force failed to: (1) furnish requested documentation on its cost realism analysis; and (2) perform an adequate cost realism analysis. GAO held that the: (1) Air Force was not required to furnish cost realism documents, since the protester did not raise cost realism as a issue in its original protest; and (2) protester failed to provide a valid basis of protest regarding the cost realism analysis. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
