Highlights

A firm protested an Army contract award, contending that the: (1) awardee was not a small disadvantaged business; and (2) Army should have referred the matter to the Small Business Administration (SBA) for a size status determination. GAO held that there was no basis to consider the protest, since the Army referred the awardee's status to SBA as requested. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
