Highlights

A firm protested an Army solicitation, contending that the Army should have set aside the solicitation for small disadvantaged businesses. GAO held that it would not consider the protest, since the: (1) Small Business Administration had sole jurisdiction over the small disadvantaged business contracting program; and (2) protester failed to provide any evidence that the Army acted fraudulently or violated procurement regulations. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
