[Protest of USDA Contract Award for Copy Center, Mail Room, and Supply Room Operations]

A firm protested a Department of Agriculture contract award for a copy center, mailroom, and supply room operations services, contending that the: (1) awardee's bid was materially unbalanced; and (2) awardee did not intend to use disabled personnel as required. GAO held that the protester failed to provide any evidence that the: (1) awardee's bid was materially unbalanced; and (2) awardee would not meet the solicitation's personnel requirements. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
