Highlights

A firm requested reconsideration of its dismissed protests of Agency for International Development (AID) contract awards for bulk tallow deliveries. GAO had held that the protester untimely filed its protests more than 10 days after it learned the basis of protest. In its request for reconsideration, the protester contended that AID incorrectly determined its compliance with the cargo preference requirements. GAO held that it would not reconsider the decision, since the protester did not demonstrate that there were any errors in facts or law in the previous decision or present any information not previously considered. Accordingly, the request for reconsideration was denied.
