[Protest of DLA Rejection of Bid for Adapters]

A firm protested the Defense Logistics Agency's (DLA) rejection of its bid for adapters. GAO held that: (1) the protester untimely filed after bid opening its protest regarding an alleged solicitation impropriety; and (2) DLA properly rejected the protester's bid, since the protester was not an approved source for the items. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
