[Protest of Army Solicitation]

A firm protested an Army solicitation, contending that the solicitation's specifications were: (1) defective; and (2) too general to meet the Army's minimum needs. GAO held that it would not review the protester's contention that the solicitation should have been more restrictive. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
