[Protest of FmHA Contract Award for Credit Renewal Services]

An individual protested a Farmers Home Administration (FmHA) contract award for interest credit renewal services, contending that she had been precluded from bidding, since FmHA mislabelled the solicitation it mailed to her. GAO held that the protester untimely filed her protest more than 10 days after she received initial adverse action on her agency-level protest. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
