[Protest of Air Force Contract Award]

A firm protested an Air Force contract award, contending that the awardee submitted a nonresponsive bid bond. GAO held that the protester was not sufficiently interested to protest the award, since it would not be in line for award even if its protest were sustained. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
