Highlights

A firm requested reconsideration of its dismissed protest of proposed Army contract awards. GAO had held that: (1) the protest issues were without merit; and (2) it would not review the Army's affirmative determination of the awardee's responsibility. In its request for reconsideration, the protester contended that: (1) GAO failed to consider its arguments fully and reached erroneous legal conclusions; and (2) the Army should have found the bidders nonresponsible. GAO held that the protester: (1) failed to provide any evidence that warranted reversal or modification of the original decision; and (2) raised the same nonmeritorious issues in its subsequent protest. Accordingly, the request for reconsideration was denied and the subsequent protest was dismissed.
