Highlights

A firm protested a Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) solicitation, contending that VA did not take any affirmative relief. GAO held that the protester did not: (1) establish a basis for challenging the solicitation; and (2) provide sufficient evidence that VA violated applicable procurement regulations. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
