Highlights

A firm protested an Army Aviation and Troop Command (ATCOM) contract award for helicopter spindle assemblies, contending that ATCOM improperly disclosed its intended bid price. GAO held that the protester: (1) untimely filed its protest more than 10 days after it learned the basis of protest; and (2) failed to provide any evidence that ATCOM improperly disclosed its intended bid price. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
