Highlights

A firm protested a Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) contract award, contending that it was the low bidder. GAO held that: (1) the protester did not provide sufficient evidence to establish a valid basis for protest; and (2) VA properly made award to another bidder, since the solicitation did not restrict award to the lowest bidder. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
