Highlights

A firm protested an Army solicitation, contending that the: (1) Army should have included wage and fringe benefit information in the solicitation; and (2) bids received were unreasonably low. GAO held that the: (1) protester untimely filed after bid opening its protest regarding the alleged solicitation deficiencies; and (2) protester's allegation that the bid prices were unreasonably low was not a valid basis for protest. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
