A firm claimed reimbursement for its protest costs pursuant to its protest against the Army's rejection of its bid and subsequent contract award. GAO held that the: (1) claimant was not entitled to reimbursement of its protest costs, since the Army took corrective action within 1 month after it filed its protest; and (2) Army was not required reimburse the costs incurred in connection with the protester's agency-level protests. Accordingly, the claim was denied.
