Highlights

A firm requested reconsideration of its denied protest of an Office of Personnel Management (OPM) contract award. GAO had held that: (1) the protester untimely filed its initial protest of the solicitation amendment; and (2) OPM reasonably evaluated the bids and awarded the contract. In its request for reconsideration, the protester contended that GAO improperly adjudicated its protest. GAO held that the protester untimely filed its protest more than 10 days after it learned the basis of protest. Accordingly, the request for reconsideration was denied.
