Highlights

A firm protested a Department of the Interior contract award for construction work, contending that Interior: (1) should have allowed firms to revise their bid construction schedules; and (2) made numerous errors in evaluating its bid. GAO held that the protester was not sufficiently interested to protest the award, since it submitted a conditional bid extension that rendered it ineligible for award. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
