A firm protested a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) contract award for office space, contending that: (1) FAA did not evaluate the bids in accordance with the solicitation's evaluation criteria; and (2) the awardee was ineligible to receive award. GAO held that it would not consider the protest, since the protest was pending before a court of competent jurisdiction. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
