[Protest of Air Force Rejection of Bid for Travel Services]

A firm protested the Air Force's rejection of its bid and cancellation of a small business set-aside solicitation for travel services, contending that the Air Force improperly determined that it might not be able to retain majority control in its joint venture. GAO held that the protester untimely filed its protest more than 10 days after the Air Force rejected its agency-level protest. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
