Highlights

A firm protested a Navy delivery order award for automated data processing equipment maintenance services, contending that the Navy improperly: (1) evaluated its technical bid; and (2) rejected its low bid and awarded the delivery order to the high bidder. GAO held that: (1) it would not review the Navy's technical evaluation, since there was no evidence that the evaluation was unreasonable; and (2) the Navy properly rejected the protester's low bid, since the protester did not meet its minimum needs. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
