[Air Force Member's Claim for Waiver of Overpayment]

An Air Force member claimed a waiver of an overpayment he received at separation. GAO held that the claimant was not entitled to waiver, because he should have been aware of his approximate leave balance and questioned the accuracy of the separation payment. Accordingly, the claim was denied.
