[Protest of Air Force Contract Award for Door and Window Replacement]

A firm protested an Air Force contract award for door and window replacement, contending that the Air Force should have rejected the awardee's bid as materially unbalanced. GAO held that the protester was not sufficiently interested to protest, since it would not be in line for award even if its protest were sustained. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
