GAO held that the Bureau properly applied federal regulations and reimbursed the claimant for the full per diem allowance at her temporary duty station and only the actual lodging expenses incurred at overnight temporary duty station, since the claimant's travel assignment was officially interrupted. Accordingly, the claim was denied.
