[Protest of HUD Contract Awards for Technical Reviews]

A firm protested three Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) purchase orders for technical reviews, contending that HUD should consider a copy of its timely original quote, which HUD lost. GAO held that the protester untimely filed its protest, since it waited for 5 months before attempting to verify HUD receipt of the quote. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
