Highlights

A firm requested reconsideration of its denied protest against a Defense Communications Agency contract award. GAO had held that the awardee satisfied responsibility requirements. In its request for reconsideration, the protester contended that the awardee failed to obtain necessary licenses. GAO would not consider the request, since the protester failed to: (1) show any factual or legal errors in the original decision; (2) present information not previously considered; and (3) provide any basis for reconsideration. Accordingly, the reconsideration request was denied.
