PROCUREMENT - Bid Protests - GAO procedures - GAO decisions - Reconsideration DIGEST: Request for reconsideration of prior decision is denied where protester fails to show any error of fact or law that would warrant reversal or modification of prior decision. Lawrence's protests that the National Commission on Libraries and Information Science improperly terminated her contract was dismissed since the termination involved a matter of contract administration not for review by the General Accounting Office. Which we specifically held concerns a matter of contract administration which we will not review because it is for review by a cognizant board of contract appeals or a court of competent jurisdiction.

Edith C. Lawrence-- Reconsideration:

Edith C. Lawrence requests reconsideration of our decision, Edith C. Lawrence, B-239148, July 30, 1990, 90-2 CPD Para. ***, wherein Ms. Lawrence's protests that the National Commission on Libraries and Information Science improperly terminated her contract was dismissed since the termination involved a matter of contract administration not for review by the General Accounting Office.

In her request for reconsideration, Ms. Lawrence repeats contentions previously raised and considered in our prior decision. Essentially, Ms. Lawrence again requests that our Office review the propriety of the termination of her contract, which we specifically held concerns a matter of contract administration which we will not review because it is for review by a cognizant board of contract appeals or a court of competent jurisdiction. See Bid Protest Regulations, 4 C.F.R. Sec. 21.3(m)(1) (1990). Ms. Lawrence's mere disagreement with our previous decision and reassertion of her prior position does not constitute evidence of factual or legal errors in our decision, and thus does not warrant reconsidering the matter. Roth Bros., Inc.,-- Recon., B-235539.2, Sept. 15, 1989, 89-2 CPD Para. 233.

The request for reconsideration is denied.
