[Request for Waiver of Liability for Health Insurance Premiums]

An Office of Personal Management (OPM) employee requested a waiver of her liability for health insurance premiums, contending that she had no knowledge that OPM was not deducting her health premiums. GAO held that the claimant was partially at fault for not recognizing that OPM was not making deductions. Accordingly, waiver was denied.
