[Protest of DPSC Acquisition of Combat Vehicle Crewman Helmets]

A firm protested the Defense Personnel Support Center's (DPSC) cancellation of the second-year option of its contract for combat helmets and exercise of the option under another contract, contending that DPSC improperly awarded the second year on a sole-source basis. GAO held that it would not consider matters of contract administration. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
