[Protests of Three Army Contract Awards for Roofing]

A firm protested three Army contract awards for government housing reroofing, contending that the awardee's proposed roofing system failed to comply with fire protection specifications. GAO held that the Army properly verified the awardee's certification of its roofing system's compliance with the fire protection specifications. Accordingly, the protests were denied.
