[Review of GSA Transportation Audit Action]

A firm requested a review of the General Services Administration's (GSA) denial of its charges for exclusive use of vehicle service. GAO held that GSA properly denied the carrier's charges for exclusive use of vehicle service, since per mile, per-vehicle-used rates applied. Accordingly, the GSA action was sustained.
