Highlights

A Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) employee requested reconsideration of her claim for overtime pay for travel time. GAO had held that the claimant's need to travel was administratively controllable. In her request for reconsideration, the claimant contended that her duties were based on ships' arrival times, and that her schedule was not administratively controllable. GAO held that the claimant received adequate advance notice of the ships' arrivals to control her schedule. Accordingly, the request for reconsideration was denied.
