[Protest Against Marshals Service Solicitation for Court Security Services]

A firm protested the United States Marshals Service's failure to set aside for small businesses six solicitations for court security services, contending that the service had previously set aside similar procurements. GAO held that the service reasonably determined that previous small business participation was limited. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
