[Protest Against Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences Solicitation]

A firm protested the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences' (USUHS) rejection of its bid for a graphic image system, contending that: (1) its bid met all solicitation requirements; and (2) USUHS should have requested further information from it before rejecting its bid. GAO held that the protester untimely filed the protest more than 10 days after it became aware of the basis for protest. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
