A firm requested reconsideration of a decision that responded to a district court request. GAO does not decide matters where the issues are before a court of competent jurisdiction unless the court requests GAO to do so. Accordingly, since the court had not expressed any interest in a reconsideration of the decision, the request for reconsideration was dismissed.
