[Decision Concerning NSA Authority To Include Property Rental Management Service in Relocation Service Contracts]

The National Security Agency (NSA) requested a decision regarding whether it could include property rental management services in relocation services contracts. GAO held that, since the General Services Administration had issued no regulations governing relocation services, NSA could not include such services. Accordingly, NSA should not include property rental management services in its relocation services contracts.
