[Request for Review of GSA Audit Action]

A carrier requested review of an audit action taken by the General Services Administration (GSA) that apparently determined that the carrier overcharged the government for a shipment. GAO held that, since the government had not recovered the amount of the alleged overcharge, the request was premature. Accordingly, the request was dismissed.
