A firm protested that the Navy was improperly administering its contract, contending that the contracting officer refused to provide certain drawings necessary to contract performance. The protester requested that GAO terminate its contract for the convenience of the Government. GAO held that it does not resolve matters involving contract administration. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
