[Request for Reconsideration]

A firm requested reconsideration of a decision. GAO held that, since the original decision was rendered in response to a request from a court that was hearing a lawsuit filed by the protester and the court had expressed no interest in a reconsideration, it would not consider the matter further. Accordingly, the request was dismissed.
