[Questions Regarding Claim for Retroactive Payment of Overtime Compensation]

GAO was asked to review a claim for retroactive payment of overtime compensation under the Fair Labor Standards Act.  GAO determined that the claimant was not entitled to the payment of additional overtime compensation.
