[Request for Reconsideration]

The Forest Service requested reconsideration of a GAO decision. Bid protest procedures require that a request for reconsideration be filed within 10 working days after the basis for reconsideration is known. Since the Forest Service's request was not filed within this timeframe, it was untimely and not for consideration on the merits.
