Highlights

A firm requested that GAO instruct the Marine Corps to terminate for default a contract awarded to another firm. The firm contended that the contractor had failed to meet the required delivery schedule. GAO would not consider the matter, because a contractor's compliance with contract terms and the decision as to whether the contract should be terminated for default are matters of contract administration not for consideration by GAO. Accordingly, the matter was dismissed.
