Request for Review of Decision

A firm requested a decision on a contractor's rejection of its bid. The request for a decision was forwarded to GAO by the contractor. However, it did not arrive at GAO until more than 10 working days after the firm received notification of the adverse agency action. Bid protest procedures prohibit consideration of protests not received within the required timeframe. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
