Highlights
A firm requested reconsideration of a decision denying its protest of a contract award. The protest alleged that the awardee was ineligible for the award because it had omitted a price on a required item contained in the invitation for bids. GAO allowed the omission to be corrected because the bid, as submitted, indicated the probability and nature of the error as well as the amount intended. The firm did not present evidence demonstrating an error of fact or law in the original decision or provide additional information not previously considered. Therefore, the request for reconsideration was denied.
