Computation of Readjustment Pay for Discharged Air Force Officer

The propriety of making additional readjustment payments to a former Air Force officer who was discharged for substandard performance was questioned. A more favorable formula may not be used for computing the readjustment pay on the basis that the separation was for "homosexual tendencies" rather than for "substandard duty performance" since reasons for separation are within the jurisdiction of the Air Force.
