Reimbursement for Costs of Transportation and Storage of Household Goods

A transferred employee's entitlement to reimbursement for costs of transportation and storage of his household goods was questioned. Reimbursement under the commuted rate system may not be allowed since the employee cannot present receipted copies of a bill of lading or a bill for storage costs.
