Reimbursement of Employee for Real Estate Expenses

A transferred employee requested reimbursement of real estate expenses incurred in the transfer of his official duty station. Although the employee was originally assigned on a temporary basis, he may be reimbursed since the claim was incurred within 2 years of the date of his permanent reassignment.
