Agency Determination To Permit Bid Correction Was Improper

A company protested the agency's determination to permit correction of an erroneous bid before the award. Permitting the correction was improper because the awardee submitted no evidence to support the contention that several line items should have been included. However, the awardee should be allowed to either submit additional evidence or withdraw the bid.
