Allegation of Nonresponsiveness because of Use of Unit Price

A company alleged that the low bidder was nonresponsive as a result of the bidding method used on two items of the schedule. The use of a unit price rather than a monthly price was not a material deviation requiring rejection of the low bid. It was proper for the low bid to be reduced after the bid opening.
